Etta Place 108 offers a warm welcome to our beautiful mountain town of Telluride. This spacious, two-bedroom, single-level, open-plan condo has a gas fireplace, private balcony and stunning mountain views. There's plenty of space to cook a meal with friends or loved ones in the gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops and a large kitchen island. The split floor plan offers privacy for families or couples with each bedroom/bathroom on either side of the living/dining areas. A dining table for six provides a gathering place to recount the day's adventures. The in-unit washer/dryer adds convenience while a steam shower in the master adds a touch of luxury. Cozy up next to a fire in the plush leather arm chairs or enjoy your evening wine on the private balcony overlooking Chair 7 -- soak in the beautiful views that reach the length of our box canyon!
Etta Place 108 is a ski-in/ski-out condo building located at the base of Chair 7 with easy access to The River Trail. The complex also offers a pool and hot tub. You're just a short walk or Galloping Goose ride away from the grocery store and buzz of Telluride's main street.
