There are sliding doors to the decking alongside the dining area so that you can enjoy your meals together, admiring the beautiful views. Head through the kitchen/diner to reach the cosy lounge. The lounge is bright and spacious with plenty of windows for natural light, comfortable sofas to relax in and a Smart TV for enjoying movie nights. Sliding doors from the lounge lead to the decking. Head upstairs and you'll find two bright and cheerful bedrooms: one king-size and one super-king-size, both with Cabrio balcony windows affording breathtaking views across the countryside, out to the sea and even as far as Lundy Island on a clear day.
Outside, you can enjoy the decking with seating and countryside views, as well as relaxing times in the bubbling hot tub. Set within 3 acres of mainly green lawn, there is a boating lake that you can also fish in, children must be supervised at all times and Dogs should remain on leads as there is an abundance of Wildlife in and around the gardens and lake. There is private parking for up to two cars.
