This warm and inviting three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath duplex townhome is located near almost at the top of Killington's Sunrise Village complex at Bear Mountain. This a is a great location to access the lifts and skiing at Bear Mountain and the rest of the five mountains of Killington in the winter, experience some of the best foliage in Vermont in the fall, or explore and enjoy the surrounding mountains, forests, and facilities of the Sunrise Village Sports Center in the summer months.
Easily entering the unit on the first floor you will find a private queen bedded master suite with a flat-screen TV and a wonderful large ensuite full bathroom with a sunken whirlpool tub and shower. There is a stacked washer/dryer located in a hallways closet and a half bathroom as you move into a very nice and cozy open dining room and living room area featuring a large comfortable sectional sofa facing a large stone-faced wood-burning fireplace, large screen color flat-screen TV, Stereo, DVD, and outdoor deck. The dining room has a wine bar, a nice oval dining room table seating eight located next to a newly remodeled designer fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete with breakfast bar and granite countertops.
Downstairs on the lower level, there are another two bedrooms and a full bath with a sauna. The first bedroom features a full double bed and twin bed, and the second bedroom features a bunk bed with two twin beds, and a bunk bed with a full lower double bed and an upper twin bed.
This is truly a wonderful four-season property that can easily accommodate up to ten people comfortably in one of the most beautiful and private parts of Killington, yet within very easy access to all the four-season activities, events, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment to be found at the Resort.
