With the Margaret River wine region at your doorstep and many other local beaches, attractions and the Busselton Town site only minutes away, this home is ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers or business travelers.
Downstairs has a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living space all looking out to the panoramic vista. Bifold doors open out to the outdoor space that is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor setting for the ultimate chill out whilst you take in the amazing views.
There is also a bathroom, bedroom with a Queen bed and laundry on the lower level.
Upstairs the Master suite has a private balcony to keep enjoying those fabulous views, and an en-suite which is also adjoined to a study/nursery. On the street side of the upper level is an additional Queen Bedroom and a large games room equipped with a table-tennis table, a range of board games and its own bar / kitchenette.
