My apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (new mattress since 15.07.22) a bathroom, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. It is located on the 4ᵉ floor without elevator.
During your stays, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Coffee machine, Microwave.
Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fees, but can be provided at extra cost.
The advantage of the apartment is that it is in the old town. You will find everything you need nearby! You will stay in a shopping area, however the apartment overlooks a courtyard and is therefore quiet.
Discover Annecy and all its places of interest! In 10 minutes of walk, you reach Annecy and its historical monuments (the castle, the palace of the island, the bridge of the loves, the channels, the small commercial lanes and many others) as well as Paquier, the lake and the shopping center Courier.
For your daily shopping, you will find a MONOPRIX 5 minutes away.
