There are several American citizens that live in this community and most people speak English. Estero Beach is 15 minutes from the home and Bufadora is within 30-45 minutes away. Wine tasting and golf is closeby too. You can golf at Baja Mar or other golf courses such as Ensenada's Country Club nearby with a 20-25 minute drive.
