Any one or two-night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single-night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.

Perched high up on the 20th floor, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment can sleep up to 8, with extra guests on foldup beds. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. Bookings above 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
