Positive: I recently visited Feraveri Maldives Resort and would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by MAAFI at the water sports centre. Initially, my hubby and I were considering a short 15-minute jet ski experience. Maafi took the time to patiently explain other available activities, including the jet ski dolphin experience. He shared all the information clearly and honestly, without applying any pressure or making promises. His genuine sincerity, professionalism, and calm approach made us feel comfortable and well-informed, which ultimately led us to book the activity. The experience turned out to be absolutely wonderful and became one of the highlights of our time in the Furaveri Maldives. I was especially impressed that Maafi himself accompanied us out to sea. Throughout the entire experience, he was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and remarkably patient. He even went the extra mile to take many beautiful photos, videos, and underwater videos for us, which we truly appreciated. When we returned on board, Maafi also took the time to share interesting information about the island with us. He explained that the island is a natural island rather than a man-made one, which is why we could see so many plants and large trees. These thoughtful details and his willingness to share more made the experience even more meaningful and memorable. I feel very fortunate to have met Maafi during our stay. His kindness and professionalism are truly a gem to the resort, and he left a lasting impression on us. Because of him, I will highly recommend Furaveri and water sports experiences to my friends and would love to return again in the future! Thank you very much for having such an outstanding team member. Maafi is a credit to the resort, and I hope his efforts and excellent service are recognized and appreciated! Special shout-out to Manaan, who looked after room 712. His hospitality was top-notch and amazing!

Negative: Unfortunately our honeymoon dinner was messed up. Training should be given to staff on how to manage such situation seamlessly. Main restaurant Manager did a good job on the arrangement and service recovery kudos to him too!
