Sunny, breezy living spaces and a generous covered rear patio make this an easy, relaxed spot for mornings with coffee or slow evenings around the BBQ. The house backs onto a bushland reserve, so you’ll enjoy birdlife, a private leafy outlook and a real sense of calm.
Pets are welcome — bring your dogs and let them enjoy the enclosed yard and nearby beach walks.
Inside, an L-shaped lounge and dining layout centres on comfort and simple living: ceiling fans keep things cool in summer and a gas heater adds warmth in winter. The living room features a brand-new LG 55-inch Cinema Series Oled smart TV with apps for Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and there’s an owner’s pantry of basic items you’re welcome to use (please replace if you empty anything).
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a jetted spa bath with a large window opening onto the backyard — perfect for a soak with a book and a glass of wine. Practical extras include a laundry with washing machine, dryer and an extra toilet, outdoor seating for six under the large covered patio, an outdoor shower and gas BBQ, a trampoline for the kids, along with a swing and off-street parking for three cars. The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms.
