Down a long driveway and high above the lake and the ocean is your spacious retreat with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, open-plan kitchen/dining, expansive outdoor entertaining and a 17m indoor heated pool and sauna (please note that the spa is not operational but can be used as a children's pool). Note the property is not suitable for toddlers or babies. Sit on the deck and watch the sunrise over the ocean; enjoy a book in the cocoon chair or follow a sauna with a dip in the completely private pool with its own indoor/outdoor living space.
Close to the beach, lake, shopping and restaurants (but you won't want to leave).
Please note this is a very quiet, family neighbourhood. Our house borders with 5 neighbours some with babies and there is a strict no partying, no loud noise, no large gathering, no events rule. Only the number of guests registered in the booking are allowed in the house day or night.
Any noise complaint from our neighbours will result in the police being called and a no refund policy.
