Please book any spa treatments in advance, kindly note that the restaurant is not open everyday. please contact the property for more information, please note each 'one-bedroom house' are rustic rooms so please look at the photos of these rooms for reference. they are specifically for a no-frills getaway and are not the same as the rest of the accommodations, guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (wagon shed or milking parlor) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking, guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival, all-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodations if above criteria has not been adhered too.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
