Holiday inn express chester racecourse access via road will be restricted during 22nd april-10th may, the car park is only accessible via sealand road, ch1 4nt, tesco should be on your right-hand side, continue down, and we are located on the right-hand side just after bridge. apologies for any inconvenience caused.
