This three bedroom, two bathroom Victorian terrace house has been carefully renovated to an exceptional standard by its interior designer owner.
The result is a chic and stylish home combining contemporary touches with original character features plus the added benefit of a wonderful courtyard garden.
The home is located in a pleasant tree-lined street just off the High Road in the popular North West London neighbourhood of Willesden Green within easy walking distance of all the vibrant bars, eateries and gastropubs.
It is also within easy reach by public transport of fashionable North London areas including Hampstead, Notting Hill and Maida Vale.
The house spans three levels giving it an incredible sense of light and space. The ground floor comprises a double reception room with handsome marble fireplace (not for use), wooden floors, high ceilings, art work and a large deep sofa.
At the rear of the house is the modern kitchen perfectly equipped with all amenities for self-catering. This leads onto a large dining space with full height corner bifold doors overlooking the paved patio garden, planted with trees and shrubs and perfect for warmer months.
The master bedroom on the top (second) floor has a king-size bed and drawer space for guests’ storage. Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the middle floor both have double beds and plenty of storage.
There are two bathrooms - one with a Victorian roll top bath, large walk-in shower with overhead and hand-held attachments, vanity sink unit and heated towel rail. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower also with overhead and hand-held attachments and heated towel rail.

The Location
A short walk from Willesden Green and Dollis Hill stations on the Jubilee Underground Line. Baker Street, Bond Street and Green Park are just a few stops away making the property ideal for commuters or tourists heading into central London. Willesden Junction on the Bakerloo Underground Line gives access to Maida Vale and Paddington where you can easily change for the District and Circle line to Notting Hill and Kensington. For leisure time there is Roundwood Park, 26 acres of parkland with features including a bowling green, wildlife area, play area, cafe and aviary. There is also Gladstone Park. For good food try the lively gastropub The Queensberry or Spasso Italian restaurant is another favourite. Nearby there is a Farmers’ Market each Saturday.
