In the heart of Kirribilli, it is a 2 minute flat walk to stand under the Sydney Harbour Bridge with direct views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour. access to city via rail, ferry, bus or private vehicle or 20 minute walk across the iconic Harbour Bridge.
You have access to the whole property. Front and rear lane access with 2 car lock up garage.
Air conditioned family room and sandstone rear courtyard have northerly aspect and are sun drenched throughout the year. Plenty of room on 4 levels allowing both privacy and large multiple communal areas.
3 large bedrooms( 1 King and 2 Queen beds (3)) with balconies and built in / free standing wardrobes. Loft bedroom with bunk beds / single bed (4)(5)(6) / office space with fold out sofa bed (7). All 5 bedrooms air conditioned. 2 large bathrooms with double showers, one with large spa bath. A further half bathroom downstairs so 3 toilet facilities. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and built in BBQ on terrace.Entertainers fridge stocked with basics. 4 Tv's (2 with 4K) with multiple streaming services. Free high speed internet - ethernet and/or WiFi. SONOS sound system. 3 blue ray players and a dvd collection.Internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and drying racks.
