Summary: Room not clean - hair in bath, footprint in bathroom where someone had stood on floor that was still wet, dusty, stains on wall looked like drink had been spilt on them, stained carpet, white powder around sofa legs and the faux wood covering on the bed side table was chipping off. Room wasn’t available until 40 mins after check in time. Breakfast was nice, recommended. Staff polite though didn’t communicate particularly effectively or apologetically about room delay.
