Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Everything was great - beautiful location, great buffet, comfy bed, great ammenities (gym, sauna etc).

Negative: Check out Concierge could've helped me with my bags as I request assistance (due to bad back) - the reception staff weren't helpful with this request and I had to eventually do the heavy lifting myself which was a pain.

Summary: Overall good stay - minor suggestion for improvement for the reception/concierge staff upon checkout
