Summary: The hotel is in a great location in Bend. Really pretty property. The on property restaurant is really convenient and there is a great walking trail right down the street. However, the hotel feels tired. Needs to be updated. We needed an ADA unit and the bed was about 17" from the floor. Way too low for someone who is handicapped to get out of bed easily. And the bathroom grab bars were not correctly placed.
