With panoramic ocean vistas visible throughout the property - from bedrooms and living spaces to balconies, patios, the garden and the summer house - this is a truly special place to stay. Positioned directly on the South West Coast Path, guests can step outside and enjoy miles of spectacular coastal walks, while Gorran Haven’s harbour, beach and local amenities are just a short stroll down the hill.
At the heart of the home is the bright open-plan kitchen and dining space on the ground floor. The brand new, high-spec kitchen is designed with larger groups in mind and features premium appliances including a dual oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and a large American-style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser.
The adjoining dining area is surrounded by expansive windows that frame uninterrupted sea views, creating a stunning setting for meals together. The flexible space can be arranged for eight guests with a desk area or expanded to seat up to twelve.

Nearby Caerhays Beach is another beautiful spot, set beside the historic Caerhays Castle and its stunning gardens. The castle grounds are particularly famous for their spring displays of camellias and magnolias.
For memorable day trips, visit the magical Lost Gardens of Heligan, one of Cornwall’s most fascinating garden restorations, where you can explore subtropical planting, woodland walks and the famous “sleeping giants” sculptures. Getting Around:
Due to the remote nature of Gorran Haven, we recommend having a vehicle for the most enjoyable stay. Private parking is available on the driveway for 3-4 vehicles.
There is also a large paid car park in the village for overflow. Pricing is reasonable at £3-£5/day out of season, and £5-£8/day in season. All vehicles are welcome, including boats with trailers.
Other Things to Note:
The property is shared with the Shepherd's Hut in the garden in front of the house. It has its own entrance and sectioned-off area of the garden. It is also bookable along with the house, should you want total privacy.
