The apartment has been luxuriously designed and furnished to the highest standards - spacious living area, 2 luxurious bedrooms, modern kitchen, new bathroom, heating system, 50" TV , unlimited broadband / Wi-Fi. Plus sofa double bed for extra guests.
We are Quietly located between Great Western Road & Byres Road and only minutes walk to Bus & Train stops.
From the minute you enter the communal hallway you will know you are in a traditional Glasgow Tenement. Once Inside our apartment you will instantly feel at home, fresh, clean and beautifully decorated our flat is warm, comfortable and our pantry is always stocked with cooking essentials.
Our large Sash & Case bay windows light up the living room area giving you a great view of the surrounding Merchants houses and Glasgow's famous West end. Freshly furnished, spacious, high ceilings, ornate cornicing and a beautiful slate fireplace . There's plenty of room to relax, eat, read, watch TV or listen to music, play a mix of board games.
There's a USB port in the kitchen to charge your phone. And plenty of cushions and throws. So please feel free to get comfy and put your feet up. The flat is centrally heated and warms up quickly, easy to adjust to a temperature to suit you.
The kitchen has everything you'll need: dishwasher, combined oven/grill/microwave, an induction hob, large fridge freezer. There's plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils so you can use whatever you like and just pop it in the dishwasher. No need for washing up.
There's a range of herbs, spices, oils etc so if you're planning to cook you should only need to buy your main ingredients. There's a range of tea bags and coffee to start you off. You'll find milk in the fridge when you arrive.
Bedroom 1 has a sturdy kingsize bed with a very comfortable mattress with feather duvet. The full-length curtains are thermal-lined to keep the heat in. In the tall chest of drawers you'll find a hair-dryer and the wardrobe has plenty of wooden hangers.

The bathroom is bright and fresh with a good-sized metal bath and a powerful shower with a constant supply of pipping hot water and big fluffy towels. Hand-wash, shampoo, conditioner and body-wash. . A big mirror. Plenty of light, hooks and large cupboards to keep your things.
In the hall there two large cupboards to store your luggages, hang your jackets and plenty of space to kick off your shoes. In here you will also find the drying rack. iron and iron board if you need.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the apartment during your stay. Entrance is from a communal hallway, up to second floor. The neighbours are all very friendly. The flat is all on one level but there is 1 set of stairs to the main entrance and 4 sets of stairs up to our apartment.
There is a communial back garden, feel free to go and take some fresh air.
The price displayed is for two couples sharing the 2 King size bed. If you require the 3rd double bed set up there is an extra charge of £10 per night
The check out time is by 11.00 am and check in time is after 3.00pm but we will try to be as flexible as possible so please ask if you would need to arrive / check out at a different time.
