Indoor Areas
This single-storey home has a large open-plan Kitchen/Dining/Living room (with TV, CD, DVD player and Stereo sound system), leading onto the shady outdoor deck area.
There are four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with shower as well as the walk-in-robe. The main bathroom (with shower and bath) is common access for the other 3 bedrooms, and there is also a separate toilet. Finally, there is a large fuly equipped Laundry (with washing machine and clothes dryer).
Outdoor Areas
Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a shady deck opening off the living/dining room. This delightful space is equipped with a quality outdoor setting (8 seater table and chairs). There is parking for 2 cars in the double Garage and space for another vehicle (car and/or a boat) in the driveway.
Close by is the 2.7 acre Seagrove Park, with a family picnic area, electric BBQs, swings, slides, undercover seating, plenty of open spaces for ball games, walking and bike riding paths.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Breville Coffee machine (takes ground coffee), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, 900mm gas oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home is equipped with fully ducted air-conditioning throughout the house (ducted evaporative cooling). There are also 3 portable heaters that are able to be used where ever required.
