Positive: Location was rural but handy to wineries, and the zoo. quiet setting amongst the trees tea and coffees supplied

Negative: Unfortunately, there was a burn off done in the area one night which was quite smelly. can't be helped. Not sure if owners knew but would have been good to know that's what was happening. Maybe a note.

Summary: nice tidy little rural cottage close to wineries and zoo
