Positive: Breakfast cooked and served to order perfect quantity and excellent quality. Friendly and attentive staff. Bedroom and all areas were spotlessly clean. The location was great as it was just a few minutes from the town

Negative: Great size room but was roadside, will request a garden facing room if I stay in the Summer and need the windows open. Room has air conditioning but prefer fresh air. Charging extra £5 per night seemed petty as the hotel has plenty of space and is not in the town, should be included within the stay rate
