Please note that an early departure fee of gbp 50 will apply if a reservation is amended after 16:00 on the day of arrival, the hotel recommends that guests intending to eat at the busy pendigo's restaurant book in advance, crowne plaza birmingham nec is having a face elevator. the hotel is currently going through a public area refurbishment where the reception, lobby & lounge bar is being upgraded. we will see the results at the end of april. during this time we will be operating in a temporary reception & bar however we will still be operating our full services. please be patient with usguests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
