Positive: We have stayed here several times and are pleased to say that our stay was as enjoyable as before. Bedroom was clean, warm with pleasant decor. There was ample storage space and extra bedding should we need. The facilities of an iron and ironing board is always handy. Towels and toiletries were plentiful and of good quality. We had the usual hospitality tray which was most welcome after our long journey. The beds were comfy and we had a peaceful nights sleep. In the public area we were served by friendly and efficient staff. Being of a certain age, we always appreciate that the hotel is low level, so no challenging stairs to climb. It was reassuring to have a parking space nearby which was easily accessible and secure. We dined on a well cooked evening meal, and the price of food and alcohol were very reasonable. The following morning there was a vast array of food and drinks available. We also appreciated the late checkout of 11a.m. This enabled us to enjoy a lye-in, a calm, unhurried breakfast, and plenty of time pack for our journey onwards. Out stay was in April 2026 and we are making a return in July, having selected a room of our choosing. Our thanks to all concerned for making our stay another good experience?
