Positive: The hotel is a lovely property with excellent period decor. Well maintained and very clean throughout. Staff were very friendly, helpful & professional. Food was very good and good value for money.

Negative: Repair to four poster bed was basic and noticeable. All other dislikes were totally acceptable for a property of this age.

Summary: A very comfortable & enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
