Positive: The Novotel is located in an garden-like area/suburb of Bali - Nusa Dua. The pool are is huge, plenty of chairs and two-person gazebos and is well shaded. The staff are amazing, always smiling and always helpful. One word summarizes the room et al - excellent and same for food.

Negative: Minor issue is that all food drink and areas are open to the outside, not air-conditioned. If its hot and humid, this could be an issue for some, though all areas have ceiling and portable fans to provide breeze to make it more comfortable.

Summary: Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bali.
