Positive: We had a fabulous view of the MCG. Room was clean and modern.

Negative: The bar area downstairs was soulless and tired. Table tops weren’t clean, some sofas were stained and staff were inattentive.

Summary: Brilliant location for a city stay. Opposite the MCG and next to the lovely Fitzroy Gardens.
