Summary: Dear Spectrum Resort Villas Orlando and Waterparks team, I enjoyed my stay at the property and overall had a good experience. However, I would like to point out an important issue: an amount of USD 500 was held on my credit card as a security deposit, and so far it has not been refunded. This has caused some concern, as the stay has already ended. I would appreciate it if you could verify this situation and inform me when the amount will be released back to my card.
