Positive: We liked how close it was to other amenities. The layout of the house was good. It was great having 3 bathrooms and space for everyone without feeling crowded. The game room was a nice touch. The property manager Victor seemed very nice. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer our questions. The overall decor was nice it was a music theme but they had no sound system of any kind to play music from anywhere inside or out. Which we found odd but maybe they didn't want to take a chance on guests playing their music too loud! Lol

Negative: We had no idea it was literally in the flight path of small engine planes taking off from an airport we now know is called North Perry Airport where there is a flight school and the planes take off from there all hours of the day & night. If you were outside in the backyard during the day you couldn't even hear each other! I wore earplugs but other people in my group found it quite annoying when trying to sleep. The property was in need of some TLC. The vacuum for the pool didn't work nor did the heater so the pool was dirty & too cold to use as it didn't get much sun during the day. The BBQ needed to be lite with a lighter and needed to be cleaned with no utensils to do so. Some of the cupboards were coming off the hinges and if you rolled out both racks on the dishwasher it would tip out from under the cabinet. One of the side light in the master bedroom was broken. Overall the house was not very well maintained or cleaned. The bathmats in the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. We have stayed in quite a few rentals and this one fell short for the price they are asking. Especially when part of you fees are for cleaning & the expectation are that everything is clean and in good working order!
